Coconut oil

The coconut oil level in our new calf milk replacers is increased. This has the following positive consequences:

  • Anti-microbial properties against gram-positive bacteria
  • Medium chain fatty acids are easily digested and enhance enzyme production
  • Lower melting point increases mixability and stability of the milk
